North Syracuse is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Getting around North Syracuse is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across New York's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

Weβve patronized this restaurant on and off since it opened and though the service and atmosphere is excellent the food isnβt as good as it used to be. Not only has the sandwiches gotten really pricey (everywhere has) but the flavor profiles just arenβt there. I had the Ryley and it was a good combination of toppings but the chicken was just bland and that left it lacking. My husband had the Italian Pulled Pork and he said it was so-so. I usually would get the Brick & Bleu Burger but decided to try something different. I would bring back the sweet potato fries even at an extra charge because they were always so good. We will continue to come back since it is family owned and I am from Cicero area and like to support them but would not order again what we had.

This was a very nice, family friendly place. They take reservations which we needed for our group of 13. I got the Anthony sandwich which was described as an open face steak sandwich. Essentially it was kind of a build your own sandwhich with a whole steak, a long piece of tasty bread and a bunch of fried onions. For me this was fantastic! But if you're looking for an actual sandwich, this is probably not it. I got the cajun fries as my side, and they were good and spicy so if you like a kick, definitely go with the cajun fries. The staff was really nice and attentive but not overbearing. There is also plenty of free parking in their lot.

We recently hosted my friendβs graduation party at Brick & Brew and had such a great experience from start to finish. Kathi made the entire process effortless, especially with it being such a last-minute booking during graduation and Motherβs Day weekend. She was incredibly accommodating, responsive, and even offered to help me set up when I arrived alone at first, which meant so much. The menu had a great variety of options and was very affordable for a larger gathering. We chose the pizza and wings package, and everything was delicious. Lauren, our server, was attentive the entire night and made sure the food kept coming anytime trays started getting low. She really stayed on top of everything and helped the night run smoothly. The service, atmosphere, and hospitality truly made the celebration special. Highly recommend!!

Really great pizza. Service was pretty slow, however they were very busy. Sat us pretty timely but then we waited 15/20 minutes to even get a good and drink order. Took another 40/45 minutes to get our pizza (cheese and Hawaiian). Grateful the pizza was delicious!

I highly recommend Brick and Brew! We recently held my Mom's 90th birthday celebration here for a large group of family and friends. Kathi was incredibly kind and helpful in planning out the event, accommodating some special needs, and making everything so easy for us. The event room in the back of the restaurant was the perfect space for our party, and we were able to decorate and personalize the room. Our event server, Lauren, was wonderful. She was fun and friendly and made everyone feel welcome. Everyone raved about the fantastic food and service, and the price of everything was incredibly reasonable. Kathi and Lauren and the rest of the staff made sure that my Mom had the best celebration we could have hoped for. Thank you B&B!
